Thanks to the Prodways group to which it belongs, ScientiFeet operates state-of-the-art machines for the printing of its 3D soles.
The technology used to produce your insoles achieves high levels of precision and excellent
thermal stability for optimized mechanical properties of your insoles.
The material used to manufacture ScientiFeet 3D printed insoles is polyamide 12, which is commonly used in the medical field. The soles are designed with this material in a closed environment where the temperature is stable and the mechanical properties are optimal.
The behavior of PA12 is much more dynamic and elastic than most of the materials
traditionally used for the manufacture of orthotics (foams, gels, resins,…).
